BambuVibe | Shipping & Delivery Policy

At BambuVibe, we handle the journey of your personal care tools from our studio to your vanity with absolute intent, ensuring a seamless unboxing experience.

1. Processing Timelines

  • Curation Window: Every tool is hand-inspected and carefully packed within 24 to 48 business hours of order placement.

  • Fulfillment Days: Dispatches operate Monday through Saturday. Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM on Saturday enter our curation queue on Monday.

2. Transit Matrix

  • Standard Delivery (Pan-India): Expected arrival within 3 to 5 business days post-dispatch.

  • Bengaluru Local (Hyperlocal Node): Delivered directly to your doorstep within 1 to 2 business days.

3. Delivery Fees & Transparency

  • Orders above ₹500: Complimentary premium tracked shipping nationwide.

  • Orders below ₹500: A flat logistics investment fee of ₹90 is applied at checkout.

  • All displayed product prices are inclusive of domestic GST.

4. Modifications & Cancellations

  • The 6-Hour Rule: Address updates, phone number corrections, or cancellations are only permitted within 6 hours of placing your order.

  • Once an allocation is assigned a tracking code, its shipment parameters cannot be altered or recalled.

5. Delivery Attempts & Return to Origin (RTO)

  • Couriers will make up to 3 consecutive delivery attempts and will call you prior to arrival.

  • If a package is rejected or fails delivery due to incorrect contact/address details, it returns to our Bengaluru hub as Return to Origin (RTO).

  • Re-dispatching an RTO package requires a standard logistics fee of ₹50.

6. Transit Damage Protection

  • Your peace of mind is absolute. If your outer package suffers structural damage in transit, email a clear photo to srikripasolutions@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt.

  • We will immediately bypass standard logistics queues to dispatch a complimentary priority replacement.
